2nd Workshop on Research & Innovation in Poland
Auditorium
Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences
We are pleased to invite you to the 2nd Workshop on Research & Innovation in Poland dedicated to Research Programme for Linear Accelerator. The Workshop will be held at the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków on May 26 - 27, 2026.
The goal of the workshop will be to present and to discuss possible interesting and unique physics cases that could be conducted at the light ion linear accelerator with the energies from few MeV/u to ca. 100 MeV/u (or more). The possible research program, apart from nuclear physics, shall include biophysics, medical physics, applications, material testing etc. Basing on the outcome of the workshop, a White Book with some selected physics cases, and also with recommendations for the type of the accelerator, will be written.
