Instructions for Oral Presentations – ENVIRA 2025
For all regular oral (non-invited) presentations, the following time format applies:

10 minutes for the presentation
-
5 minutes for questions and discussion
Please respect the time limit so that the session schedule can run smoothly. Each lecture room will be equipped with a computer, projector, microphone and a laser pointer.
Presentations should be uploaded on-site before your session (via USB drive), or you may use your own laptop if necessary. Please arrive at your session room at least 15 minutes early to check compatibility.
Additionally, there will be a technical support desk near the registration area, where a technician will collect presentations from participants.

For invited and plenary talks, individual time slots have been communicated directly to the speakers.
Instructions for Poster Presentations – ENVIRA 2025
Participants presenting posters at ENVIRA 2025 are kindly asked to follow the guidelines below:

Poster size: A0 (841 × 1189 mm), vertical (portrait) orientation
- Format: Posters can be printed on paper or fabric
Design Recommendations:

Ensure your text is clearly legible from a distance
-
Use high-resolution images and graphs
-
Consider a clean layout with a clear title, objectives, methods, results, and conclusions
Poster Display:

Posters will be displayed throughout the conference
-
Mounting materials will be provided at the venue
-
Access to poster boards and poster hanging will be possible starting Monday morning
Please bring your poster with you for on-site mounting.

Conference proceedings
The submitted papers after passing a peer-review process will be published as a special issue of the Journal of Environmental Radioactivity (JER). The manuscripts should be prepared following the JER instructions and uploaded througth the JER paper submission system (for ENVIRA special issue).
