Registration fee includes:

1 all the direct activities of the conference, coffee-break refreshments, lunches, book of abstracts, book of proceedings, welcome reception, social events, gala dinner.
2 all the direct activities of the conference, coffee-break refreshments, lunches, book of abstracts, book of proceedings. A letter from the supervisor of student is required.

Payments received through bank transfer must meet the corresponding deadlines, otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

 

Cancellations and refunds: 

All refund/cancellation requests must be provided via email: envira2025@jordan.pl . Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the conference. 
The following cancellation conditions apply:

Name change: 

Name change (substitution within the same company) should be reported in writing to Conference Secretariat (envira2025@jordan.pl). A handling fee of 30 € will be charged for each name change after August 2nd, 2025.

 

III. Visa requirements: 

Formal invitation letter for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process.  We strongly advise to apply visa application at least one month prior the conference. The organizers cannot be held responsible for registration cancellations if a visa application is denied. Also, in this case the cancellation fees will be applied.

 

IV. Sponsors and Exhibitors: 

Any sponsorship will be properly acknowledged in the conference materials and/or during the respective activity. The list of the sponsors will be also presented in this website.
