Any sponsorship will be properly acknowledged in the conference materials and/or during the respective activity. The list of the sponsors will be also presented in this website.

Leaflets, brochures and other promotional materials shall be delivered to the Conference Secretariat address until August 30th, 2025.

IV. Application
STEPS TO FOLLOW:
1) Complete the sponsors and exhibitors document and send it to the address:..............
2) The technical secretariat will send an invoice for the payment to the sponsor or exhibitors.
3) Sponsor or exhibitors must make the full payment of the amount. The payment will not be refundable.
4) Send company logo in vector format.
