Submission deadline
To submit an abstract, you must have an Indico account. Instructions on how to create an Indico account can be found here (slides 2 - 6).
Each participant can send one or two abstracts. Please, indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation, the title of the abstract and your preferred topic for each abstract. All abstracts will be refereed by subject experts. The final acceptance of the abstract will include the type of presentation, oral or poster. The authors should submit their abstracts no later than April 30th, 2025.
Please, use the abstract template. The abstract is limited to one A4 page, including tables and figures. The accepted abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstracts, which will be available in electronic form at or before the start of the on-site registration.
