Instructions for speakers
Standard facilities will be available for oral presentations:

conference notebook (PC) with Windows operating system,
-
projector,
-
laser pointer with slide changer.
For your presentation, you can use either your own notebook or the conference one. If you intend to use the conference notebook, please provide your presentation file at the latest to the coffee break preceding the session in which you speak.
On the conference notebook, the following presentation file formats are supported:

PDF files,
-
PowerPoint files.
If you intend to use your own notebook, please contact the member of the Organizing Committee responsible for IT support to check the compatibility of your notebook with the projector.
Details for poster presentations
Maximal poster size: A0. The poster session will be on Tuesday (5:50 – 7:45 p.m).
Place of poster presentation: boards indicated by the Conference organizers in a tent installed on the premises of the Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Kraków, Radzikowskiego 152.
Posters should be hung up by their authors before the Poster Session, on Tuesday by 16:00 (4:00 p.m.) at the latest.
Posters should be removed by their authors on Tuesday before 20:15 (8:15 p.m.).
