The first Prize

 

  • Mr. Dominik Czernia from the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Kraków, Poland, was awarded the first prize in the category of the best poster presentation with his poster entitled Effects of plasma irradiation on the three-dimensional cyanide-bridged network based on the Nb(IV) and Mn(II) ions.

  • Ms. Giovana de Paula Costa from the São Paulo State University, Bauru, Brazil, with her poster entitled Norfloxacin-picolinic acid coamorphous/cocrystal: diffractometric study of a cocrystallization process through amorphous phase;

  • Ms. Aleksandra Deptuch from the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Kraków, Poland, with her poster entitled Kinetics of cold crystallization of the chiral fluorinated smectogenic 3F5HPhH6 compound;

  • Dr. Natalia Osiecka-Drewniak from the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Kraków, Poland, and Ms. Aleksandra Dziuba from the Cracow University of Technology, Kraków, Poland, with their poster entitled Polymorphism and physical stability of aripiprazole;

  • Ms. Patricia Osorio Ferreira from the São Paulo State University, Bauru, Brazil, with her poster entitled Menthol-valsartan low transition temperature mixtures (LTTMs): a thermoanalytical study;

  • Dr. Vladimir Lipp from the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Kraków, Poland, and from the Center for Free-Electron Laser Science CFEL, DESY, Hamburg, Germany, with his poster entitled Numerical investigation of radiation-induced dynamics of solids in twodimensional geometry;

  • Dr. Mohammad Sadegh Shakeri from the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics Polish Academy of Sciences, Kraków, Poland, with his poster entitled The effect of solvent on oxidation behavior of copper during laser irradiation of suspension, a reactive bond molecular dynamics study.


 

Awarded in The Best Talk Competition

The first Prize

  • Ms. Sucharita Niyogi from the Vellore Institute of Technology, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, India, was awarded the first prize in the category of the best oral talk presented with her talk entitled Mechanical properties and pore size distribution in athermal porous glasses.


 

The distinguished oral talk:

  • Dr. Wojciech Tomczyk from the Institute of Theoretical Physics, Kraków, Poland, and from the Jerzy Haber Institute of Catalysis and Surface Chemistry, Kraków, Poland, with his talk entitled Computer simulations of mesophases formed by bent-shaped molecules with excluded-volume type interactions.


 

The winners were distinguished with a diploma and received a voucher to participate in (any) upcoming Multis or Young Multis conference without paying a conference fee. Researchers awarded with distinction received diplomas.
