Please remember to write in transfer title words “Zakopane2019” and your family name.
The fee covers accommodation in a double room, full board, bus transfer from Kraków to Zakopane and return, guided excursion to the Tatra Mountains National Park and the barbecue party. A limited number of single rooms is available for an additional charge of 500 PLN (about 125 Euro).
Payment should be made not later than March 31, 2019. After this date the fee equals 2700 PLN (675EUR).

Cancellation received before April 30, 2019 is free of charge. Cancellation after this date will be charged with a 25% of the conference fee.
We are prepared to accommodate up to 100 participants.
In the view of the limited participants number an early registration is advised.
You can make the payment by money transfer to the given bank account.
Please keep the receipt for registration and make sure that the bank transfer costs are not drawn from the Symposium fee!
