A limited number of young participants (PhD and undergraduate students) presenting a talk or a poster related to their diploma work, may benefit from a reduced student fee of 2,000 PLN (or 500 EUR), in justified cases and depending on the available resources. Applications, including a supervisor’s recommendation, shall be submitted via email to zakopane@ifj.edu.pl, no later than July 1st, 2026 (in such a case, the late fee will not apply).
