This year, the conference will be held at the Hotel Belvedere Conference Center, located at the edge of the Tatra National Park, within walking distance of downtown Zakopane.
The Hotel Belvedere also offers accommodation (4-star standard, half-board) for all interested conference participants and accompanying guests at a preferential rate negotiated exclusively for this conference. Single, as well as more economical double and triple accommodation rooms, can be booked through a dedicated service provided by the GRUPA-TRIP Service. Please note that the number of single rooms is limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Zakopane, a town beautifully situated at the foot of the Tatra Mountains, offers a wide choice of free-time activities. Early September promises mild, sunny weather, making outdoor recreation an inviting option. Be sure to bring sturdy walking boots and clothing suitable for excursions and strolls. Short hiking trips into the Tatra Mountains National Park will be organized. During your visit to Zakopane, you will also have a chance to explore the surrounding Podhale and Orawa regions and become acquainted with the folklore of the mountaineers.
