Payment after 15th April 2025:
student +400 PLN/+ 100 EUR
academic participant +800 PLN / +200 EUR
non-academic participant +1500 PLN / +360 EUR
The fee covers accommodation in a double room, full board (lunches, coffee breaks, conference proceedings, and social events), bus transfer from Kraków to Zakopane, and returns. A limited number of single rooms is available for an additional charge of 320 PLN (about 70 Euro).
Payment should be made no later than April 15, 2023. After this date, the fee equals 3800 PLN (950 EUR).
Cancellation received before April 30, 2023 is free of charge. Cancellation after this date will be charged with 25% of the conference fee.
We are prepared to accommodate up to 100 participants.
In the view of the limited participants’ number, early registration is advised.
