Presentations

Speakers and Poster Presenters may use one of the communication rooms (i.e. ‘technical room’ available throughout the conference) on request to check technical issues for their oral presentations. You can do so, preferably in the break immediately preceding your session.

ORAL  CONTRIBUTION (15 minutes, includes time for discussion)

You can find the corresponding time slot of your oral contribution in the Scientific Program document or the Schedule of the Conference. The allocated times include time for lecture (12 minutes) and time for discussion (3 minutes). During your talk, please stay tightly on schedule and follow the requests by the chair!

POSTER  PRESENTATION  AND  SUBMISSION

You can find the corresponding time slot of your poster session in the Scientific Program document or the Schedule of the Conference. Below you can find instructions on how to prepare a conference poster and submit it.

  • For better visibility, the poster format could be prepared in a landscape mode (16:9). You may also add some extra pages with details (max. up to 5 pages) or present a single poster of conventional format. Please remember that in the latter case, you will probably need to manually zoom into details whilst presenting and sharing your screen (when presenting your poster in a virtual room during a poster session);
  • Posters should be prepared in a PDF format, and the file size must not exceed 20 MB;
  • All posters should be sent via conference e-mail (youngmultis2023@ifj.edu.pl). The deadline has been extended to July 3rd. Please save your files using the format „n_surname.pdf”, where „n” is the first name letter;
  • Each PDF file will be secured with a password that will be sent only to registered conference participants by e-mail. The posters will be available only during the conference, i.e. from 3rd July to 5th July;
  • During the poster session each author will have her/his/their virtual room (named by the number of the poster and the name of the author) to share the poster presentation and answer questions (one conference poster presented in one virtual room).
