Due to the investment process at the Krakow-Balice Airport, all arrivals temporally are conducted in the T2 terminal, previously used only for domestic flights. It is unfortunately a comfortless situation, sorry for any inconvenience.
Name and address of the hotel: Crown Piast Hotel, Radzikowskiego Street no. 109, tel. 12 683 2600. The price of taxi from the airport to the hotel is ca. 15 EUR.
Hotel is situated close to the big crossroads and opposite to the Institute of the Nuclear Physics (ca. 10 min walk). On the other side of the crossroads there is a commercial area. See the Google map for the surroundings:

• Registration and opening of the conference

Registration will start Monday, 6 July, 13:00 in the Crown Piast Hotel. You will receive your conference badge and the materials. Please wear the badge when coming to the Institute for the Opening of the conference.

• Lectures and posters

Starting from Tuesday, the conference will be held in the Crown Piast Hotel.
Lectures will take place in Flora conference room. A PC computer with PowerPoint and Adobe Reader will be provided. Please load your file prior to the start of your session.
Poster session will be arranged on Tuesday in Olimpia conference room. The boards of 1 m x 2 m size, with posters’ numbers, will be available since Monday afternoon.

• Post-conference materials

There is the possibility to upload your materials like slides, paper, posters to the www page of the conference. If you are an Indico user you may attach it on your own. We may do it for you as well. Such additional material will be accessible in the conference timetable.
