The PLASMA conference series provides an international forum for the exchange of knowledge, ideas, and experience in the broad field of plasma physics and technology. Since its inception, the conference has fostered scientific collaboration and brought together researchers and engineers from across Europe and beyond.

PLASMA 2027 is organized by the Institute of Nuclear Physics of the Polish Academy of Sciences (IFJ PAN), in cooperation with the Institute of Plasma and Laser Microfusion (IPPLM). This year’s edition will take place in Krakow and will bring together leading scientists, established researchers, young investigators, and engineers from around the world.

The scientific program will cover a broad spectrum of topics in plasma science and technology, providing a platform for presenting recent advances, discussing emerging challenges, and exploring new directions for research and collaboration.

We are committed to creating a stimulating scientific program featuring distinguished plenary speakers, outstanding invited lectures, and contributions highlighting the latest developments in the field. Beyond the scientific program, PLASMA 2027 will offer an inspiring setting for discussions, exchange of ideas, and establishing new international collaborations.

We warmly invite you to join us in Krakow and become part of the PLASMA 2027 community.

The official language of the conference is English.

We look forward to seeing you in Krakow.
