1. survey for introduction of members with each floor and building assigned a go-to point person

2. webpage group with new upcoming new features

3. paper discussion activity where people can suggest any paper in the field they would like to have a discussion on

4. software study group to teach and learn different softwares used by different groups in the forum

5. group for arranging of events - so future events run more smoothly
