Instructions for speakers
Standard facilities will be available for oral presentations:

conference computer with Windows operating system,
-
projector,
-
laser pointer with slide changer.
For your presentation, you can use either your own notebook or the conference one. If you intend to use the conference computer, please provide your presentation file at the latest to the coffee break preceding the session in which you speak.
On the conference notebook, the following presentation file formats are supported:

PDF files,
-
PowerPoint files.
If you intend to use your own notebook, please contact the member of the Organizing Committee responsible for IT support to confirm its compatibility with the projector.
Flash talks
This session will take place before the poster session in the main auditorium. It should be prepared as a short oral presentation (4 mins) supported by slides.
Afterwards, the regular poster session will take place.
Details for poster presentations
Maximal poster size: A0 (portrait orientation). The organizers will provide materials for hanging posters (adhesive tape or mounting putty).
The poster session will be on Wednesday, at 17:45 (5:45 p.m).
Place of poster session: TBA.
Posters should be hung up by their authors before the Poster Session, on Wednesday by 16:45 (4:45 p.m.) at the latest.
Posters should be removed by their authors on Wednesday right after the poster session.
