Cancellation and Registration Fee Refund Policy
Participants may cancel their conference registration until 15 September 2026 and receive a 50% refund of the conference registration fee.
Cancellations made after 15 September 2026 are not eligible for a refund of the conference registration fee.
Please note that any refund will be processed according to the applicable payment and administrative procedures.
