The international workshop “Nuclear Energy: From Fundamental Science to Modern Technologies” provides an interdisciplinary platform for doctoral researchers, early-career scientists, and experts to explore recent developments in nuclear science and its technological applications. The workshop aims to bridge fundamental research and practical innovations by highlighting the role of nuclear physics, materials science, radiation physics, and advanced analytical techniques in addressing contemporary scientific and technological challenges.
The programme will cover recent advances in nuclear energy research, nuclear technologies, materials characterisation, radiation–matter interactions, and emerging applications of nuclear science. It will also encourage discussions on sustainable energy solutions, technological innovation, and the future perspectives of nuclear energy.
Through scientific presentations, interactive discussions, and knowledge exchange, participants will have the opportunity to explore emerging research directions, develop interdisciplinary collaborations, and establish connections with the international scientific community.
Participation is free of charge. Lunch and two coffee breaks will be provided to all registered participants.
We warmly invite you to join us for this scientific event and look forward to welcoming you!!!
