These measurements are increasingly more precise, thus allowing to observe more elusive Higgs interactions. Equally enticing are now tests of the electroweak symmetry breaking in the SM performed with observations of electroweak bosons and their scattering. I will present recent results of searches for electroweak di-boson production, the Higgs boson measurements using its di-boson decays and di-Higgs searches performed by the ATLAS experiment.
