This year, the 11th edition of the 4D treatment workshop will be held in Kraków, Poland. The conference will take place in the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics (IFJ PAN) which is currently the largest research institute of the Polish Academy of Sciences. One part of the Institute is Cyclotron Centre Bronowice (CCB), which provides proton therapy treatment and conducts research activities in the field of medical and nuclear physics.
The 4D Treatment Workshop 2019 will focus on the first day on clinical applications of 4D treatments, and on the second day on advances in 4D particle radiation therapy. The overview talks will be given by world-wide recognized experts from the field aiming to raise controversial questions and discussion.
The number of participants will be limited to 80 and the registration will close when this number is reached. To enable participation of as many institutions as possible, the number of attendees per institution is limited to three based on the experience from previous years.
