Description
For over a decade, two leading long-baseline neutrino experiments - T2K in Japan and NOvA in the USA - were measuring independently the oscillation of neutrinos and antineutrinos. There is a noticeable tension between both oscillation analyses in case of the reported values of the CP-violating phase. T2K excludes CP conservation at 90% CL, whereas NOvA favours the phase values close to CP conservation. Last year the results of the first joint T2K-NOva analysis, combining datasets from both experiments, were published in Nature.
