We are pleased to invite you to the 3rd Workshop on Research & Innovation in Poland dedicated to particle accelerator applications. The Workshop will be held in the Henryk Niewodniczański Institute of Nuclear Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences in Kraków on October 22 - 23, 2026.

 

The goal of the workshop will be to present and to discuss possible interesting and unique research that could be conducted at the light ion linear accelerator with the energies from few MeV/u to ca. 20 MeV/u. The possible research program, apart from medical applications , shall include biophysics, nuclear physics, non-medical applications, material irradiation etc. Basing on the outcome of the workshop, a White Book chapter with medical applications and also with recommendations for the type of the accelerator, will be written.
