Description

Real time imaging methods provide excellent insight into nucleation and growth of nanostructures. Liquid cell transmission electron microscopy gives information about the morphology and growth dynamics, while scanning transmission X-ray microscopy shows the oxidation state of the growing nanostructures. Here we applied both techniques for better understanding of the electrodeposition process of PtNi nanoparticles film.
