Speaker: Christophe Royon Title: “Diffraction and saturation at the LHC” Abstract: After describing the discovery of the odderon by the TOTEM and D0 Collaborations, we will discuss the gap between jets at the LHC recently measured by the CMS Collaboration and interpreted usually as a probe of Balitsky Fadin Kuravev Lipatov dynamics. We will then discuss the possible observation of saturation phenomena at high gluon density in Pb Pb collisions. We will finish by presenting the latest expectations on beyond standard model physics using intact protons after collisions.
