Submission deadline
The participant may submit an abstract of a talk for one of the parallel sessions or an abstract of a poster suggested for the poster session.
The abstract must not exceed one page (2000 characters) of plain text, including the list of authors, affiliations and title.
The submitter must specify at least one (no more than three) of the parallel sessions from the list:
- 1) Astroparticle Physics
- 2) Cosmology and Gravitational Waves
- 3) Detectors (LHC and R&D) and Accelerators
- 4) Flavour Physics
- 5) Higgs and New Physics
- 6) Neutrino Physics
- 7) QCD in hadronic physics
- 8) Heavy Ions
- 9) QCD at Colliders
- 10) Standard Model Electroweak Physics
- 11) Unified Theories, Strings, Non-perturbative QFT
In case the topic does not exactly coincide with one from the list the author should select the topic(s) which in his/her opinion is the closest to the topic of the proposed talk or poster.
The author(s) should specify (in the "Comments" when submitting an abstract) if he/she proposes an oral talk or a poster
The conveners of each sessions will select abstracts for a talk or a poster. Conveners may also suggest that some interesting abstracts, not selected for an oral presentation, may be presented as a poster during the poster session.The first decision of convenors will be made around May 30th. In exceptional cases, if there is a slot available, later submissions may be accepted.
